Terms and conditions for using SSMP's financial and business services platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using SSMP's platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account Registration & Approval
Registration requires accurate personal and business information. New accounts remain in a pending state until reviewed and approved by an SSMP administrator. We may decline, suspend, or deactivate an account at our discretion.
3. Services Offered
SSMP provides access to DSA license plans, loan processing assistance, and related documentation services as described on the platform. Pricing for licenses and loan processing charges is set by SSMP and may change from time to time.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed by adding a license plan or loan processing slab to your cart and completing checkout. Payment is made via UPI or QR code, and you must submit a valid transaction reference (UTR) and payment screenshot. Orders are confirmed only after SSMP verifies the payment. SSMP reserves the right to reject a payment that cannot be verified.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with your order details if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
SSMP provides its platform and services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
