1. Information We Collect
When you register for an SSMP account, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, password (stored as a secure hash), and optionally your business name, business type, and address. When you place an order, we collect payment reference details (UTR/transaction number) and a payment confirmation screenshot to verify your transaction.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process license, loan and service orders, verify payments, communicate with you about your account and orders, and improve our services. New accounts are reviewed by an administrator before activation.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Cloudinary to store uploaded images and payment screenshots, and a payment verification process handled by our team. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Sessions
We use a secure, encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention & Security
Your data is stored in an access-controlled database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.
